How to make a reservation
- For availability please send us an e-mail, or contact us by Tel +31(0)20 6733934.
- A contract will be sent to you by email. Print it out and fill in the blanks.
- Send a scan of the completed contract together with a copy of your passport to us by email.
- Make a deposit of 50% (non returnable) and the reservations will be confirmed by email or normal mail.
- Second half of the payment has to be done upon arrival at the villa in cash Euros to our manager Yuri who will then hand you the house keys.

Tips
- Payment can be done either by internet banking, or credit card transfer for visa or mastercard users.
- A deposit of euro 400 is requested to be paid in cash upon arrival, to our manager Yuri. Once you are ready to leave again and he has inspected the house for possible damages, he will return you this amount. If damage has occurred he will have to deduct the money for that!
- Please always remind us by email a few days before arrival of your exact flight details and what time we can expect you to arrive at Villa Caprice (Calle Pizarra 184, Rocio de Nagueles, 29600 Marbella - Malaga, Spain).
- We prefer to rent the villa per week minimum stay and preferably from Saturday till Saturday.
