Xaviera offers various elegant guest rooms:

"LUXURY LOFT" – Guests can make meals in the kitchen that features a stovetop, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and kitchenware. This air-conditioned studio is consisted of of a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a private bathroom as well as a terrace with garden views.

"GOLIATH" - is spacious and has a wonderful view with a balcony. It has a king size bed, radio/tv/stereo, in-room refrigerator, table and chairs. An additional single-bed may be placed in this room. Shower/toilet is located directly across  the room.

Breakfast takes place in the living room, looking out over the garden and terrace or in summer outside at her lovely terrace surrounded by colorful flowers and plants.

Rates include VAT tax, and continental breakfast. City of Amsterdam Tourist Tax is 5% additional.
