Cancellation
Cancellation of less than 72 hours before your arrival we bill you 100% of the accommodation rent plus your deposit. Cancellation 2 to 14 days beforehand we bill 50% of the rent.
If you change the number of guests: less guests, you pay the same amount, if you come with extra guests, you pay more on arrival.
Arrival
You will be asked to notify us at least one week beforehand about your arrival time, when it changes considerably please contact the owner by phone. Please print out your confirmation email it has the specific contact information and directions of the accommodation on it.
At arrival the owner will ask for you to settle the bill preferably in euros or else with credit card and for your passport as a security deposit
Don't Forget To
* Empty all drawers.
* Pack everything that you brought with you to the B&B location
